I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Arvin Jadoo and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable—they are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Before seeing Dr. Jadoo, he was actually the second dermatologist I visited, as a previous doctor was unable to find an effective treatment for my condition. From the very beginning, Dr. Jadoo showed genuine concern and a strong commitment to helping me find real relief. Also, worry about my health and ordered blood work. He truly went above and beyond—not only taking the time to understand my situation, but also advocating on my behalf with my insurance company to ensure they understood that the prescription he recommended was medically necessary, especially since prior treatments had not worked. Thanks to his persistence, the medication was approved. I’m so grateful to say that this prescription is the only treatment that has provided me with real relief. I’m still using it and already seeing significant improvements in what were once very painful rashes. Dr. Jadoo is truly unique. He genuinely cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they receive the care they need. I feel incredibly blessed to have him as my doctor—he is amazing, and I highly recommend him. Dr. Jadoo, you aren’t only an amazing Dr., but also an amazing human being. Thanks for not giving up and continue in finding treatments that works. Also, I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff. Since you enter to the Dr. office, you are greeted and will receive the best Customer Service Experienced ever. There are a lot of good Drs., but unfortunately the lack of empathy and offering a great customer service push you away from their medical offices. At Dr. Jadoo office, you will find more than excellent treatment & professionalism from the moment that you enter into his office. Forever Grateful!! The experience with Dr. Arvin was very disappointing. He arrived very late to the appointment and spent no more than five minutes with me. He was inattentive, prescribed some medications that have not worked, and did not provide any instructions on how to follow the treatment, which means I may have been doing it incorrectly. When the appointment ended, he didn’t inform me or ask if I had any questions. He simply said “come with me,” and I assumed he was going to examine my skin issue using specialized equipment in another room, but that wasn’t the case. He just walked me to the reception desk and left without saying anything. My intention was to see another doctor at the clinic, but she had a three-month wait time, and my condition is worsening quickly. The only appointment available soon was with this doctor, and now I understand why.
