It's impossible to talk to a real person. They have some "AI-powered" assistant that you need to direct all your questions to. There's an option to leave a message and receive a callback, but I've tried 5 times in the past two weeks and never been successful at getting a call back.

I arrived 20 minute's early for my appointment, checked in and sat down in the waiting room to wait to be seen. No sooner had I sat down than they called me back to see the doctor. The nurse took me to the examination room and gave me a gown to put on and then left. The doctor came in almost immediately and gave me a thorough examination and asked me if I had any questions. I was out of the office 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

The staff is very professional and nice. Dr Ball was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable. Her demeanor was very happy. I really enjoyed out visit. Her honesty was impressive. I would certainly recommend this office.
