Dr. Ally has earned every bit of her 5/5 stars. She is kind, personable, trendy and young. Extremely knowledgeable but presents in a way that educates and involves a patient in decision making. She has made me feel so comfortable, my skin has never been so clear from acne. 2 rounds of accutane, creams, ointments, nothing worked. I never imagined my skin would be complimented by strangers. She has helped me navigate weird lesions- my punch out was effortless. As someone with lifelong skin issues- this woman is a Godsend.

I saw Dr. Ally for the first time and found her to be very personable and professional. She explained everything she was doing and quickly took care of all my needs. I recommend her highly.

I add my 5 stars to all the other 5 star reviews for Dr Mina Ally. Dr Ally is extremely knowledgeable even about unusual skin issues and on their underlying causes. She is friendly, approachable, spends plenty of time with me and offers several treatment options. I’m always really satisfied after seeing Dr Ally and her solutions work. Also, her front office staff and medical assistant are friendly and efficient. She’s a winner!

Mina Ally provided the worst care I have experienced, both in clinical judgment and professionalism. I saw her twice for a long-standing skin issue. At the first visit, she did not examine the problem and instead allowed a trainee to spray liquid nitrogen on my face. The treatment was mishandled, which is why I returned for a follow-up. At the second visit, she would not listen to my concerns and repeatedly questioned why I was there. She told me the follow-up appointment was a staff mistake and said the initial visit was “a favor.” She then documented that I should “pay out of pocket” for treatment and left the room without addressing my concerns or offering a plan. I filed a complaint with my insurance and was reassigned to another dermatologist in a different medical group. The new treatment was successful and fully covered, which made this experience even more frustrating. I expect basic respect, clear communication, and appropriate examination from a physician. I did not receive that here. If you have other options, I recommend choosing a different dermatologist.

Doctor Ally was on-time to my appointment, professional, efficient, spoke to me as an adult (I am 82 years old) and performed the procedure that included removing a slice of my face with little or no pain. She spoke with an Americanized/British accent which was the best possible medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Ally.
