I just had my visit at Metropolis Dermatology and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team and the assistant, Julie, were so kind, welcoming, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I met with Nurse Practitioner Vera to talk through my acne and acne scar concerns, and she was amazing- she really listened, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the microneedling and laser options for my scars and redness. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. I left feeling excited and confident about starting my treatment. Truly a 5-star experience- highly recommend!

I had a really great experience here and wanted to share a few helpful tips for anyone coming for the first time. First, definitely call the office ahead of time to confirm which building they’re in — it’s a bit tricky to find. Also, the gate to the building is locked, so you’ll need to give them a quick call when you arrive so they can let you in. For parking: Use the garage at 45 N Market St. — it's free for the first 90 minutes. The front office staff were super friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Vera Lee, and she was fantastic. She really took the time to listen, and instead of just handing me a bunch of prescriptions, she walked me through several treatment options based on my preferences. She explained everything clearly, including the pros and cons of each choice, and made sure I understood before moving forward. The visit felt very efficient, but not rushed. I got all my questions answered and left feeling confident and well taken care of. The office is very modern Highly recommend!

Easy to book a consultation and clear direction to the office through their messaging system. The office was spacious, calm and neat. Was welcomed in by Justin, the manager and the front desk staff who were all pleasant. The lobby has a beautiful view of DTSJ, snacks and drinks while you wait. I was consulted by Vera who listened to my concerns and came up with a plan all the while giving me options and listening to my input. She was pleasant and not pushy, transparent and I felt confident in her recommendations. They take insurance and just had to pay a copay for my consultation, prescriptions were sent promptly to my pharmacy. The space felt clean, modern and not stuffy. Enjoyed the soft logo music. I loved the little goodie bag of skincare samples that included a sticker. Such a fun touch! Everyone here was so nice and helpful from check in to check out, in that I didn’t feel self conscious or pressured. Can’t wait to be back!

This place was amazing. They were extremely accommodating, kind and thorough. From front desk, to MA to provider, everyone was wonderful. This was a great experience with beautiful views of San Jose. I will be back. Vincent was extremely thorough and intelligent. I had a vulnerable need and he made me feel comfortable and safe.

Dermatologist nurse Vera Lee is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Coming into the office I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Ms. Lee was incredible, calming my fears instantly. Not sure what else to say other then I would take her over anyone else I've been through and im 41, so it's been plenty of experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+
