I completed a full course of PRP treatment (5 sessions over 6 months) for hair loss. Unfortunately, I saw no visible improvement in my condition. When I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss results with the physician, I was informed that follow-up consultations are not included after completing treatment and the only complimentary follow-ups are for complications. Also, discussing treatment outcomes would be billed as a regular appointment. While I understand PRP has variable results and doesn't work for everyone, I was disappointed that outcome assessment isn't part of the treatment package. For patients investing significant money in elective procedures, a follow-up to evaluate results seems like it should be standard practice. The experience felt transactional rather than focused on long-term patient care and outcomes.

Mom had her 3x BBLs done by Dr. Baron 3 years ago, they were excellent and helped firm up mom's aging skin and rid her of any hyperpigmentations. I'm sure there are better laser options which we'll see if Dr. Baron recommends for mom at this age. Dr. Baron was always gentle, very professional and kind to us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I am with Dr. Baron. She is truly an exceptional physician. Smart, caring, and always generous with her time. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she makes sure all of my questions are thoroughly answered. I also appreciate that her office offers a variety of skincare treatments. I’ve enjoyed learning about the options available, and I feel confident that when I’m ready to move forward, I’ll be making informed decisions thanks to her guidance. Dr Baron is very professional, warm and very experienced. This is my first visit with her and I was impressed with her in-depth knowledge, patience and recommendations for treatment. I have follow up appointments and feel confident that Dr Baron will do everything necessary to help me heal. You’re in good hands. Once you meet her you’ll understand my confidence in her.

5 stars. Dr. Baron is a solid professional and also a friendly and pleasant person. I like her straight forward manner. The waiting time can be long, as it is with many doctors these days, but Dr. Baron was efficient and worth the wait every time I have seen her. The assistants in this very clean office are also friendly and helpful. I recommend this doctor. Thank you, Agnes H B
