As a new patient I found Dr. SooHoo was super nice and also attentive to my skin cancer and proactive skin health concerns. I had a very positive experience. Dr. SooHoo also was great in adding in another treatment during the same appointment because she had an opening. I didn't have to schedule in an extra visit and take time away from work. She is also very friendly and easy to talk. The office staff and nurses were very polite and great as well. I'm looking forward to my follow-up care.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this one had to be done. I was referred here by the PCP for my daughter's skin condition that was getting worse, and I needed treatment given she was having pain. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. We had to wait an hour to be seen from the appt time, then she rushed through the entire appointment after we waited a whole hour. The medication that was prescribed, was never clearly explained to me how it was going to be provided. I had to call and check, then realized the medication is not able to be process because of a licensing issue with California. And by the way, all of this was not told to me by the office. They did not care to follow up on their own plan of care/treatment. We had to be proactive and call the office, then the pharmacy, then now we are trying to call the office for assistance on the medication or an alternative treatment, given my daughter needs treatment now! The office accountability is horrible, stating they will call you back after talking to the nurse. First off, I don't need the nurse, I need the doctor to provide an alternative solution. But they do not call you back even though they say they will, on multiple occasions. Her rating of 2 stars on Yelp is not a lie. This office is one of the worst places I've been too and I work in healthcare.

Dr. Soohoo is a very good dermatologist who certainly knows her stuff. My initial appointment with her was very good and I felt my issues were all addressed. A little pricey with the additional medications, serums, etc., but only time will tell if they are worth it.

paying bill is a big hassle. not able to find the account number on there website payment. instead of account number it is asking for "Billing code" which it seems quickly expires. send them a message not response. I was on the call for 20min and it was taking ~10min for the guy just to check the bill. do not recommend this place. doctor is ok but the logistical things are really frustrating.

Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend and am shocked at the five stars. I took my teenage daughter to see Dr. Clark, and then ended up seeing 3 other doctors at the same clinic when Dr. Clark left without telling us. Every doctor had a different approach with my daughter. One doctor increased her meds to a very high dosage and the next doctor couldn't understand why and lowered her way down after a month. I did feel like Dr. Soohoo was good at what she does, empathetic, and actually listened showed she cared. I found Dr. Clark to be extremely impersonal and unprofessional. She actually opened someone else's file and starting talking to my daughter about the wrong meds. It took awhile before we were able to clear up that she wasn't even giving the right advice or asking the right questions due to her looking at the wrong patient in her files. We were charged $100 missed appointment fee because they scheduled an in person visit instead of our normal virtual visit. They keep saying they will refund but haven't yet. I message and text regularly and rarely get responses. This has been a horrible experience over the last year and am happy we no longer need to see a doctor here. If we need someone in the future, it will not be at this clinic.
