museum trade 2 months agoThey cancelled two appointments that were made MONTHS in advance. Plenty of time to iron out issues that would affect the appointments. No explanation. Just matter of fact. I asked for someone to tell me why, what had happened to cause this disruption. No answer. The representative said she’d look into it and, could you guess, didn’t get back to me. The worst kicker is I saw the doctor 1 month from the first appointment, in person, she confirmed the appointments in the computer, in the room. It was the very next day that they said all appointments are now cancelled. No explanation, canned cursory “Im sorry for this trouble”. Avoid this office if you can. They do not have their act together.
