very welcoming at the receptionist desk. I was brought into the exam room 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time Dr Ford's associate, Nina, I think was her name took all my personal info. Dr Ford came in a few minutes later and did my exam and explained to me what was going on with my situation. This was my first visit with this office and Dr Ford.
