Dr. Chapman is exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, and meticulous in his approach, and he takes the time to truly listen and explain every recommendation. I went yesterday for the first time to Pacific Dermatology Specialists to have Sclerotherapy done with Tina. Tina was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. She was honest, super professional, and fun to work with. I had been going to the same dermatologist for years and he’s almost going to retire so I wanted to find a new home for my spider veins. Go see Tina you won’t regret it. Thank you 🙏

Dr. Chapman is a very proficient, thorough and kind dermatologist. Annika his medical aide is also so friendly and helpful! The best front office staff member, Maiah was so amazing, She took our first call and we needed her to check something. She called back within 20 minutes. We missed the call and she called us a second time. We’re so happy to have her now it’s so much easier to get information and our appointment scheduled. I’ve been going to Dr. Chapman for over 3 1/2 years. He’s one of the best dermatologist that I’ve ever had. I feel so confident even though unfortunately there has been some skin cancer that’s had to be removed. Thank goodness he took the time to give me a head to toe exam to find it!. I look forward to seeing him for the rest of my life and now my Daughter sees him too. Thank you Pacific dermatology for all you do for our family. We are so grateful!

Made a New Patient apt. online for my child since he has a growth in the back of his head. Did all necessary online paperwork. Was called the day before his apt that they needed to cancel and reschedule because they don't take any new patients after 2:50pm. His apt. was for 3pm, which was an available time slot online. I commented, "ten minutes? The Dr. can not accommodate a confirmed apt ten minutes later?" Their response was "absolutely not." A Dr. that is so concerned over ten minutes that they can not see a new pt with a medical concern is not the type of Dr. I want treating my kids. And I'll bet if I showed up for a 2:50pm apt, I'd be waiting in the lobby or patient room about 15 minutes or more anyway.

All staff that I have interfaced with are knowledgeable, helpful and elfficient. They are also the best at what they do. I have been a patient there for many years.
