Phenomenal staff! Amy has the most beautiful smile! Immediately you feel her warmth and kindness! Pavitra is new to the office as a PA. Kind, friendly and very capable. Beautiful Colleen is so caring and helpful. Colleen checked in on me so many times during my procedure. Colleen tells you what to expect which is a huge help for me as a patient. Dr. Sung is the ultimate professional, so discreet and knowledgeable, again telling you through the procedure what to expect next. I’ve been a patient in this office for over 40 years. Each new staff member through the years have made this practice better and I’m always surprised it could get better. In today’s world it’s hard to find people who really love what they do. You will look forward to seeing these wonderful people!!

Love Dr sung and his team!! They are so nice and friendly and always here to help out my husband and I . I love how Dr Sung has helped me and my face and my spots on my body . He’s the best!!! Highly recommend!!

From check-in to check-out, my experience was outstanding. Donna Hastert PA was patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She understood my concerns and was able to name the issue I am dealing with. The treatment plan was explained in detail, and the steps to take. The staff was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone seeking dermatologic care.

The only reason I am choosing one star is because Dr. Sung was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. A very great example of a doctor who genuinely shows care. He provided a very different energy towards my daughter that was warm and of genuine concern vs the female doctor we saw first. The office is disorganized and the staff are not friendly. They are not thorough with the information provided. If a question is asked you are put on a long hold or told they will have to call you back once they figure it out. My daughter was given very basic instructions for skin care which she was already doing without ever examining her skin. The experience was extremely subpar and I will not be returning.

PA Donna was amazing, she took her time listening to all my skin issues and came up with a plan. She explained everything really well and I liked her approach to everything. Will definitely see her again. The front desk staff are also very friendly.
