I brought my daughter for the first time here and everyone from the staff to doctor were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor( N. Ezra) was beyond thorough with the exam and answering all the questions. Very happy we were referred here.

I read the reviews for this place and was glad to see that I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with Kelly Valenzuela. She doesn't really listen to what I have to say. Visits with her last all of 5 minutes, if that. She didn't properly diagnose me on my first visit. It felt like she was just throwing random ointments at me after taking one look at me. I came back for a follow-up visit after 6 weeks of treatment that didn't work, and she begrudgingly admitted that I was right about my condition, which I tried to explain that I have during my initial visit. I don't care for her because she shows no care for me. With this skin condition, I'd lost all confidence, and I've left this office twice feeling less than hopeful that my condition will improve. The doctor rushes me out with some cream that doesn't work... Feels like I'm wasting my time. Other than that - Atmosphere, front desk, and wait times are acceptable. I find it hard to get ahold of the office when I call - Seems to always be an automated message. Knocked 2 stars off because my doctor is lousy, with an unpleasant demeanor.

Took my daughter for her first visit and we got there 20 minutes early just to wait in the waiting room for 30 min and inside the room for another 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner didn't even apologize for the wait and took less than 10 minutes to help us, this dermatologist is a joke!! Never coming here again!!

My experience at the Dermatology clinic was incredibly, it was my first experience of a patient with a severe case (at least for me) and the doctor the I had was excellent, she keep me informed about my condition and she never complaint about my a thousands question I had. The staff at the front desk are wonderful as well. Regardless my condition this clinic is a 10 out of 10 and I am really satisfied with the service I received.

I had a wonderful experience with P.A Ms. Valenzuela. I was nervous having to have a biopsy and she explained the procedure & it ease my nerves. She told me I will be contacted with the results and I did. I appreciate the whole staff was wonderful during my visit.
