This office was so friendly, efficient, competent and the facilities were nice and clean as well. The staff greeted us at the front using their names, asked us if we would like water or coffee while we waited, the wait was not long at all, the staff in the back was just as nice and acomodating. The doctor didn't keep us waiting, greeted us with a smile, did not act superior to us in any manner, answered our questions, was spot on with her diagnosis, and the follow up visit was just as wonderful of an experience. Margie is high functioning special needs adult and the doctor and staff treated Margie and me with the utmost respect and care. We really appreciate having this wonderful place to go to as well. Margie is on Medi-Cal/disability and they treated her with respect and kindness and let us know what was expected of us in the billing aspect also. Margie worries about everything excessively and she said it is so nice not to have to worry about anything here they are so nice and we don't have to ask alot of questions, and when we do they know the answers and they are nice to us. Tauntu Vu, PA-C, is always so happy to see me! She takes extra time explaining everything to me. The assistants are so nice. The office is very efficient. The front girls are always smiling, cheerful and put you at ease if you are nervous. My favorite office ever! 👍🏼💜

Starting off this review in a positive tone-- the front desk staff at West Dermatology is beyond wonderful. The two women are very patient, kind, and eager to help. However, my experience with Dr. Tuantu Vu in my most recent visit was disappointing. I had some questions regarding a procedure and it came off as though she was irritated that I had anything to ask. She rushed through our discussion in a way that I perceived to be inconsiderate as a patient who only wants to be heard, understood and respected.

There very good with appointment times I never have to wait. I just would have like to know that we get charged for changing ur appointment the same day. I wasn't told that when I first started going . But the doctor is the best
