My visit today was outstanding. I believe that this may be the first time I have filled out paperwork online prior to any medical appointment where I was not asked the same questions upon arrival. I am so impressed with the efficiency of the front office. My A+ experience continued when I met Jessica Christensen, PA-C. She is so knowledgeable plus kind and compassionate. She explained my needs, patiently answered all my questions, and never seemed rushed. I highly recommend Valley Skin Institute - thank you, everyone!

I made an appointment to see the doctor I wanted and I waited two weeks and I was only able to see the nurse practitioner that seemed like he just ran me in and rushed me out. Check me real quick and I have been waiting over 10 days now and I still haven’t gotten my results back so kind of disappointed and where Dolly skin Institute has gone. A little like to have seen the doctor that did my last surgery on my face because I really depend on her honest opinion, but this is the way it’s gonna be handled in the front desk. People were very disorganized. I will maybe go to To a different clinic

Overall, the 5-star rating is applicable. Good people doing a professional job looking after patients' skin issues. If there was a complaint, it would be the small size of the waiting room.

Everyone at the West Ave office were very nice and caring, NP Sherry was very thorough in examining me. She was very knowledgeable and shared alot of information with me. I left very pleased with my experience in this office.

Valley Skin Institute is awesome. Busy, but you get to see who your appointment is with as soon as possible. I respect nurse Patti and Dr. Storey for the procedures and professionalism they are with me. 5 stars,
