Dehesa Dermatology definitely gets 5 stars. The office is nice and welcoming. My son felt at ease with David, PA-C. He took his time and listened. He explained everything in detail. I would recommend for all ages. He was amazing! Wear sunscreen!

I wanted to give a shoutout to PA Dave. I first met him at another practice that has since closed and came to Dehesa so he could continue being my primary derm provider. He’s always made me feel comfortable and welcome, even when discussing health issues that are not always comfortable to address. He always goes the extra mile and advocates for me, I would assume he does the same for all of his patients.

Dr Dehsa has treated me for years. Mine were minor, but concerning issues, nothing serious. He's always professional, friendly, efficient and funny. Dr D literally saved my husband's life! He had cancer and didn't know it. Dr D knew it was cancer the instant he saw it. He had to do extensive surgery to fix it, yet there's barely a scar. I'm glad Dr D left the 1st group. They'd made changes there, before he left, that were odd for a doctor's office. The 2nd place, though friendly, was rather formal and "spa-like". Not what I need or look for in a doctor's office. I'm excited he now has his own business. He's earned it. I'm seeing him today for the 1st time at his new office. His reputation, efficiency and great attitude speak for him! I hope his staff went with him. I wish him years of success.

Although this was my first time ever at a dermatologist’s office, it was my millionth time at a doctor’s office. And let me tell you, I was so pleasantly surprised on how well everything went. You have the option to upload your ID and insurance card via a link through text message; to save time for the first-time paperwork. Once I got there I did the first time patient paperwork, and they called me in right after I finished filling everything out (which took less than 5 minutes). The ladies at the front desk were super nice and once I got called to the back everyone was very nice and there was hardly any waiting. The nurse heard my reasons for being there, and then 5 minutes later the P.A., (Sheila) was there to check me out. After she did,she said to give her a few minutes for the nurses to numb me in a few spots, and she would be in after that to do some minor procedures. I was a bit confused and asked “are we going to do it right now?today?” And she answered yes. I am so used to things like even minor procedures taking multiple visits over many months so I was just so surprised in a good way. She did the procedures in a few minutes, took biopsies to send to the lab, and wrote a prescription. When I had questions about other things and the prescription, she answered everything thoroughly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The new office is in a nice spot and plenty of parking too. Literally can’t think of anything that was a thumbs down at all. I left the appointment thinking how refreshing it was to have competent, nice people working at a doctor’s office. You will not find a better doctor’s office or dermatologist in town! :)
