The patient intake and scheduling process was smooth and easy, and everyone there was so nice! Jessica Bahr, PA-C and her nurse were prompt and truly helpful, making the experience much more comfortable.

Will not return - after 2 appointments I have the same experience that Elena Giese did not have a good "bedside" approach in both of my appointments. Proceeded with removing a mole that was concerning without much of a discussion. I felt dismissed and an object - not a person.

I’ve honestly never had such a disappointing experience with a dermatologist before, and I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this felt important to share. I went in for help with acne, which I’ve struggled with my entire life. We all know how acne can really cause a lot of self esteem issues so when you make an appointment for acne it’s already a very sensitive topic. The appointment felt extremely rushed. Dr. Elena came into the room and, within the first minute or two, prescribed medication without asking about my acne history, my current skincare routine, or anything about what I’ve been using. I asked multiple times if I could email her my skincare routine to get professional guidance on whether the products I’m using are right for my skin. Each time, my request was dismissed. I was told to “ask the pharmacist” about my skincare routine, which was confusing and didn’t feel helpful. The entire appointment lasted only a few minutes, and I left feeling unheard and really discouraged. As someone who has dealt with acne for so long, I was hoping to feel supported and listened to, but that wasn’t my experience here. I would not recommend coming here unless you just want medication thrown at you with no real guidance or advice. Clearly Dr. Elena & forefront dermatology doesn’t care about their patients, because I’m reading reviews from literal months ago & it seems to be a repetitive issue with her and this place.

Elena Giese APNP, was great. She listened to me, explained what she was doing and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed . She really took her time. Wonderful experience. Support staff was also excellent. They were able to see me for a first appointment within a week. Highly reccomended

Very sad and disappointed. I had a mole biopsied when I was a teen due to abnormalities. Noticed changes and pain surrounding another so I decided I should get it looked at. I was in the office for a total of 4 minutes. I was asked if I wanted it removed and I said only if necessary. The physician looked at it for a few seconds and said looks normal, I probably just scratched it, and sent me on my way. I’ve had this mole my entire life and I’m familiar with the pain and look of scratching it. That is not what I’m experiencing. This truly wasn’t very assuring to me and now I will probably have a big bill from a visit that truly took no time, care or effort from the provider while also having to seek a second opinion. I’m disappointed in this practice and also our healthcare system knowing this has become normalized.
