I had a great experience with Dr. Bonfiglio and the entire staff. Everyone is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Bonfiglio took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly in details. The office was clean, organized, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the visit. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Dr. Bonfiglio and the team to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist and a genuinely positive experience.

Arrive on time. Usually quick and straightforward addressing the problems in a proper manner to be expected. And making sure that everything is done properly. But they do not wash your windshield that is something that nobody does anymore nowadays. But a good experience for the service that are performed are always satisfactorily!

The staff is always aware of why I am there. The front desk is friendly. Dr. Bongfilio is thorough and catches any things going on with my body. I have had several skin surgeries, so I really appreciate how thorough Dr. BONGFILLIO.

My 1st visit here was horrible from slow receptionist, sassy nurse, to quick in n out dermatologist. Go to the Glendale location instead much better! I understand that there is only x amount of time for appointment but the bedside manner could have been nicer and more thorough when speaking to patient. Not sure if dermatologist Gwen was new or in a rush for lunch.

My husband went there to get some relief from what appeared to be mild eczema. It didn't go well. Here's the letter he sent to them when their "automated" system continued to ask for payment.
