Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The front stall is so helpful, friendly and courteous. Absolutely love Dr. Schaeffer. She is so nice, friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and care’s about her patients.

I had a follow up appointment today along with a skin cancer check. Very happy with the fact I didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes along with how thorough it was. All questions were answered and they made sure I understood how to apply medications. Very personable and friendly. I’m very pleased with the entire experience.

Another great experience with Dr. Schaefer and her assistant Vanessa. Professional and thorough and always willing to listen to my concerns. I can’t say enough about what it means to be a patient and have someone take the time to listen and to care.

Was in today for myself and as always Sarah’s expertise and ease made my appointment enjoyable. Sarah knows her patients and has a genuine care expanding over years. The staff at this site are professional and Renee is a welcoming face when walking in. Leah was kind and clear when taking me in to be sure Sarah knows exactly why I am there. This kind of team work approach goes a long way to great patient care and patient experience. I drive one hour each way to receive care from Sarah and her team because they are wonderful.

The doctor that I took my child to at this location suggested that we try beatle juice to get rid of his wart. She said it had minimal side effects. We were never given paperwork on possible side effects, or verbally disgusted them. My son had multiple treatments, that went the way it was supposed to. This last time his wart began to swell. It grew in size from being a small wart only a few millimeters, to now as large as his finger. It was causing him a large amount of pain and still growing. I called the next day when the where open. No one could take my call at that time so I left a message. They called back 2 hours later and the employee Vanessa, said that there was nothing they could do except to tell me this is a normal reaction and she could try to reach out to a provider, because none of them where in the office today. That I should call back the next day. I asked her if this is a normal reaction then what should I do because the wart is still growing. She said there is no procol in place except to tell me it's normal. I asked her to reach out to the provider. She did and they answered. She told me that Dr. Sarah said that they don't know why he's having a reaction since his third treatment. She said we should give him ibuprofen for the pain. I asked her what I was supposed to do, because it is still growing and we have already been giving him ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain. The employee Vanessa was extremely rude the entire time. She said I don't know what you want me to do, this is normal. I asked her if I could talk to anybody else including the clinic manager, because she is being so rude, and she said that there was nobody there and then I'm the only person you get to talk to. The clinic obviously did not care about my son being in pain, they say that there is nothing they can do when their treatment and so badly even though it is a very common occurrence. I would strongly suggest you look into these treatments before getting them at this clinic.
