I requested a prescription refill for my husband via the pharmacy on Sunday, June 14, 2026. When I did not receive a notice that the prescription was ready I contacted the pharmacy. I was informed that 2 requests had been faxed to Forefront. On Thursday, June 18, 2026 I finally called Forefront at 9:18 am and as usual, had to leave a message. I called again at 11:48, left a message and finally received a return call at 1:46 pm and was informed that I would receive a call when the prescription was signed and faxed. It's Friday, June 19th, the pharmacy doesn't have his prescription refill order and now we wait until Monday because the office closed at 4pm. I'm not sure what constitutes an emergency for Forefront but when a patient is experiencing symptoms without the prescription, it's an emergency.

It's always a great experience. Dr. Maloney is a genuinely fantastic doctor. She is caring,forthright and honest . She cares about her patients and wants them to look their best.

Jennifer was incredibly kind and listened to all my concerns. She also made sure to schedule a follow up meeting to check-in and reassess if need be. All the staff were also incredibly helpful.

Doctor Maloney is great. But getting through to clinic is awful. I wanted to know my test results and no one calls me back. Going through billing department to get to clinic is ridiculous too. What if it was an emergency question. Fix your client communication .

SKIN SHAMAN TESTIMONIAL: I crawled into Forefront Dermatology like a defeated jujitsu grunt who'd been rolling in the gi-sweat swamp too long, my receding hairline sporting a screaming red ringworm bullseye that screamed, "This idiot still thinks he's tough at 40." The staff ... those unflappable angels of clipboard and patience dissected my pathetic fungal confession with surgical thoroughness, no judgment, just pure bureaucratic voodoo that made me feel less like a biohazard and more like a mildly amusing patient zero. Then Dr. Maloney (The Skin Shaman) appeared, this quiet fungi whisperer, eyes calm as a desert peyote guide, leaning in close like she was about to chant the fungus out of my soul while I whimpered about the itch that had turned my life into a low-rent horror flick. With a flick of her prescription wand she banished the ringworm demon back to whatever sweaty hell it crawled from, leaving me dazed, cured, and profoundly aware that I'm just another middle-aged male tragedy. I staggered out reborn, dignity dangling by a thread, forever grateful to the fungal exorcist who didn't laugh once at the walking mushroom farm formerly known as me.
