Called in January to schedule a routine skin check—earliest appointment available was in May. Received a call a few months ago stating that there was a scheduling conflict and my appointment was moved to July. Received a letter in MyChart today stating that there was yet another scheduling conflict and my appointment was moved to October 28th (when I will be traveling out of state for a work event). At this point, it appears this clinic is not taking new patients and I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Very nice receptionist. Anne Epley is a great doctor. Small but busy clinic.

No respect for their patients, will go directly against reasonable requests, zero transparency, and no accountability when they mess things up (like not being able to get your medication for a month because you were placed with a provider you asked specifically not to see who sent it to the wrong pharmacy). Also they will bill you for the resident and the attending physician supervising so enjoy getting two bills

Excellent in every way: extremely well-organized and efficient with safety protocols (distancing, separate rooms for each shot), and a large post-shot waiting room with ample distance between chairs and a jukebox where you can choose music you'd like to hear while waiting. This clinic specializes in Pfizer (IMO the best vaccine with fewer side-effects).

My husband and I received our first COVID vaccine at this clinic. It was set up by Froedert and had Froedert employees there, including R.N 's administering the vaccines. The system they set up was VERY well organized and efficient. Employees were busy, but interacted with the large numbers of people well, and with a smile. Directions to the Clinic were clear and parking was free and convenient. We are scheduled and will happily receive our 2nd COVID injection at the same site. I would highly recommend this clinic!
