This was one of the smoothest, professional, passionate, and amazing visits to a doctor if ever experienced in my life. My doctor was so kind funny and put me at ease with the in-house procedure. I actually can't wait to get back to them for the second round. Awesome experience!

Dr. Young is such a great doctor - very thorough in her exams and so knowledgeable. She takes the time needed to answer my questions. On top of that she is just a really nice and kind person. Love her!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Young's for over 10 years. She is professional, thorough, and genuinely good at what she does - no complaints there. My issue is consistently with the male receptionist at the front desk, who has been with her practice since her previous location. Over the years I have noticed he tends to be short and dismissive, but my most recent visit pushed me to finally write this. At check-in, a different staff member asked if I was still with the same insurance company. I said yes, because as far as I knew, I was. That was the extent of the exchange. No one asked to see my insurance card. At checkout, the same receptionist discovered there was no co-pay. I showed him my insurance card and asked if they had the correct information on file. He confirmed they did not — fine, that happens. What was not fine was what followed. He told me I should present my insurance card every time I come in, and said it in a way that felt more like a reprimand than a reminder. The check-in staff had already asked me about my insurance and I answered honestly. No one requested the physical card. And not realizing your insurance details had changed is a completely normal thing that happens to patients. Dr. Young deserves better representation at her front desk. I debated writing this for a long time, but I hope it is useful feedback for the practice.

Great dermatologist! Dr Young is not quick to do unnecessary biopsy’s like some dermatologist. She is very knowledgeable and great. Would highly recommend this place. Also Angela is amazing for hair removal!
