Dr. Zook is always very professional, friendly and makes me feel very comfortable while in her office. She has helped me with multiple skin issues. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zook's for many years and have always been pleased with her work. She is kind, warm, very professional and detail oriented. I never feel rushed in her office. I have never experienced her conducting unnecessary procedures. She is careful with her explanations, and I have found her to be very trustworthy. Over the years, I have experienced her office staff to also be consistently friendly, professional and well-organized. Five stars across the board!

I had a good experience at this office and while yes it was a long wait (I’ve noticed my other specialty doctors have a long wait as well) Dr. Zook was worth that wait. She listened, showed compassion for my frustrations, and I left feeling hopeful about my condition. I’ll be seeing her again for a follow-up. Reception was fine, no hiccups there, friendly staff, so maybe they’ve improved their disorganization I read about in older reviews.
