Kimberly 2 months agoI cannot recommend Annie enough! This past year while loosing weight, I lost a lot of volume in my face. My neck looked saggy, face looked older, making me super self conscious and started to take a toll on my self esteem. I was starting to consider a neck lift but wanted to try something less evasive first so I went to see Annie. BEST DECISION EVER!! I was very nervous about getting cheek filler, but Annie took her time and made sure I was comfortable through out the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly talented, gentle, and truly takes her time to get it right. She gave me just enough lift to restore my structure, giving me a refreshed natural look without looking overdone. Thank you so much Annie!! Not only did you restore volume and structure to my face, you restored my confidence and self esteem as well!!
Peter Zhang 2 months agoUpdate: no my scar was clearly raised and not depressed. There was just no way a scar so raised could in anyways be perceived as depressed. And no it did not "evolve" between my visit with spectrum and another visit. This is clearly just trying to make up excuses to avoid responsibility for poor care quality. It looks like I'm not the only one who had terrible and borderline unprofessional experience with Roshni. I am posting now because I wanted to validate my suspicion with another dermatologist to make sure it is correct and it took me a while to get a appointment with another dermatologist I had a dermatology referal from my doctor about some persistent eczema issues last october/november. The first time I saw Roshni, she prescribed me the same steroid cream as my doctor did. This was fine since this is a standard treatment. The second time, I inquired about the scar resulting in unnecessary biopsy my doctor performed. She basically refused to discuss this and said I had to go to a plastic surgeon for scar revision. It is a simple hypertrophic scar, even Google/chat gpt can tell you a few easy effective first line treatments, such as steroid injection. I was suspicious of her opinion and later went to another dermatologist. My scar is now almost resolved after a 5 min steroid injection. Even worse, when I asked front desk on why she didn't want to discuss my scar, they called and said "that is her medical opinion, you are welcomed to book with another provider for a different opinion" Afterwards I also found out Roshni wasn't even a dermatologist but physician assistant. If she was not able to make qualified medical diagnosis, she should have admitted so and referred me to an actual dermatologist. I would highly recommend another clinic unless maybe you can book with the actual dermatologist here. Also they only have ONE MD and none of the other providers are MDs
raindroprye 5 months agoExcellent reception/terrible medical staff Positive: The reception is phenomenal—kind, attentive, and truly 5-star. I was even offered a lovely drinking glass of ice water while waiting for my appointment, which was a very nice touch. Negative / Concern: Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Roshni and the medical team was extremely concerning and has left me without guidance on multiple high-potency medications that were prescribed during my visit. Dr. Roshni explicitly instructed me not to use any of these medications until the front desk provided written instructions, which I was told I would receive at the end of my appointment. These instructions were never provided. Over a week later, my health issue persists, yet there is no after-visit summary, no communication from the doctor, and the office has no visit notes on file. I attempted to resolve the issue in person immediately after my appointment, asking to speak directly with the doctor, but my request was refused. Despite repeated assurances from the reception that I would receive same-day follow-up instructions, nothing has been communicated. I cannot safely use any of my prescribed medications because the step-by-step instructions I was promised—beyond standard pharmacy instructions—have not been provided. While the reception staff consistently provides excellent service, the lack of communication from Dr. Roshni regarding critical medical guidance is alarming. My card has already been charged, yet I remain without the necessary instructions to safely use my medications. It is deeply insulting and isolating to feel ignored, especially when reading the other glowing reviews.
Lorenzo Giacani a month agoDr. Zook and her staff were very attentive and very professional. They listened carefully and identified the problem with very reasonable certainty. Our primary care doctor did not make the correct diagnosis and gave us useless treatment, and our problem worsened until dr. Zook saw us and provided us with the right medications. The staff was very courteous and helped me greatly after the visit. I strongly recommend them.
Julie S 5 months agoHad a fabulous experience with Dr.Paula Zook, as always! I have been a patient of Dr. Zook’s practice for over 15 years. She is excellent with medical and cosmetic Dermatology! I trust her judgment implicitly! Dr. Zook will always give her honest input on cosmetic procedures and will make sure to never “overdo” anything, which I appreciate! The practice sells a variety of products including very moderately priced lines, so something for everyone! Can’t recommend her enough!
