Dr. Sarah Stano is fantastic! When my 7-year-old son was seen, she immediately connected with him in a cheerful and engaging way. She took time to ask him questions, checked in on how he was doing throughout the treatment and offered reassurance every step of the way. She came in well prepared and already familiar with why we were there, which made the experience feel seamless and thoughtful. She answered all of my questions, shared her knowledge clearly and provided next steps that were easy to understand and follow. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her - 100/10 expierence!

My experience with Dr. Samir’s office was unfortunately very disappointing. First, after my procedure, the specimen was sent to the lab, and I was told that as soon as the results became available, I would be notified and would also be able to see them in the patient portal. The lab results were actually available on Thursday. However, when we called on Friday to ask about the results, we were told that although they had been available since Thursday, Dr. Samir had not yet released them, and only he was authorized to do so. Since Monday was a holiday, we were forced to wait through the entire weekend to receive information that was already available. This caused unnecessary anxiety and stress while I was waiting to learn the outcome of the test. Another major issue was punctuality. At nearly every appointment, we waited approximately 30–45 minutes past our scheduled time before being seen. Consistently keeping patients waiting for that long shows a lack of respect for their time. Communication with the office was also extremely difficult. On multiple occasions, I called and received no answer. It appeared that my number may have been recognized because calls from my number repeatedly went unanswered. When I called from my husband’s phone, the call was answered. Later, after that number was recognized, those calls also went unanswered. I ultimately had to call from a third phone number to reach someone. This pattern occurred multiple times and made communication unnecessarily frustrating. In addition, my credit card was mistakenly charged twice. It then took approximately a week of repeated daily phone calls to resolve the issue and obtain a refund. Each time, I was told that the specific person responsible for processing the refund was unavailable and that no one else could help. This reflected a lack of organization and accountability within the office. Overall, both Dr. Samir’s office and staff appeared unresponsive, disorganized, and lacking in professionalism. Important tasks seemed to depend on a single individual, while other staff members were either unable or unwilling to assist. The combination of poor communication, long wait times, delayed access to test results, and billing issues made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

Dr. Samir Master was absolutely wonderful with my 6-year-old daughter today. He has such a warm and friendly personality and immediately made both of us feel comfortable. He was great with my kid- playful, kind, and even made us laugh, which really helped ease any anxiety. He was very calming and reassuring. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and knows how to connect with children. We had a very positive experience, and I’m so glad we found him. Highly recommend Dr. Master, especially for families with young children!

This place took a nose dive! I’ve been coming here for years but I just walked out of my appointment without seeing the doc. I showed up on time for my appointment. I waited down stairs since the signage for the upstairs has been removed. I waited in line to check in behind someone who was having issues paying with their HSA card. When it was my turn to check in I was directed to the upstairs location. I walked up to a completely empty office with a single person sitting behind a computer. I informed them of my appointment. They then explained to me that I had four minutes to fill out my paperwork and if I couldn’t then my appointment would be canceled. Honestly, I figured this was a person who was having a bad day. I signed the paperwork I was handed and then tried to use their iPad which was having issues. It took them a minute but they got it working. When we were done with the check in I let them know that the link they sent me to do all of this beforehand did not work. When I entered my name and DOB it said “too many failed attempts”. Very similar to the issue the iPad they handed me. My best guess is that something wasn’t setup in their system correctly. I was asked to take a seat and wait. A few second later a med assistant called my name and escorted me back to a exam room. She was pleasant enough so I figure it just had to be the front desk person. We sat down and she asked me to verify a few things. She asked why I was there and explained I had three issues I would like addressed. I was then told that since I was late I would only be allowed what they call a “focused appointment”. I stood up and explained that the tardiness was not mine it was theirs and walked out. What has this place become??? Did you guys completely forget about customer service and taking care of your clients? I get being aware of your time but are things so bad that you are willing to tank your company over a few minutes? And if you’re going to try to put that much stress on your clients you should make sure you are running a much tighter ship. Obviously some consultant came in here and told you that you have to manage every minute. Sure, you can run things that way but the people who care about the service they get are going to do what I did and walk. Feels a bit like a business who sold to PE that doesn’t understand that service businesses are built on service.

Quick. Efficient. Caring. Considerate. I followed Dr. Mastir from Yakima and I stick with him at Bellevue because he puts me at ease and I trust his expertise and medical judgment. He doesn’t put you through unnecessary procedures and finds what works for your circumstances while protecting your health.
