Victoria Williams 2 months agoI had a horrible experience at this practice with PA Tina Watkins. My appointment at this practice was on 4/2/26 at 2:15 pm. I was referred to this practice by my plastic surgeon. Because he knew that this practice had studying treatment for my severe medical condition. The study treatment side is amazing. I was under treatment for my severe medical condition with my previous plastic surgeon. He also filled out paperwork regarding my disability regarding my current condition and it was approved. He did verbalize to me he could go but so far and it was best that I go to see a dermatologist specialist regarding my severe medical condition. I chose to stay with this practice because I was already going through the clinical research study through VCR. PA Tina Watkins is also who I see during the studies for examination every time I go. So she already knows how sensitive and severe my medical condition is and I trusted her. Because my condition has not improved and I have extreme disabling discomfort I made an appointment PA Tina Watkins. During the appointment she examined me. During that visit she saw the pain and discomfort I was in and even told me the areas was very inflamed. At this time during this visit there was nothing treatment wise that PA Tina Watkins could do as she stated because she didn't want to interfere with the study that is understandable. She did mention that I may have to go on a different medication. She did also inquire about rescue treatment with a VCR representative. The rep did advise PA Tina Watkins when she could do rescue. I inquired about a topical antibiotic ointment that my previous physician had me on. I was told by PA Tina Watkins she would look into it. It was most recently when I spoke to PA Tina Watkins team member just 3 days ago apprx and mentioned I never heard back regarding that prescription. The prescription was put through to cvs. It is time for an extension for my short-term disability regarding my condition. Because my previous plastic surgeon understood the severity of my condition and agreed because of my limited mobility it was the best for me while undergoing treatment. Well now that I have gone to a specialist at this practice and explained the extension that is obviously needed. She advise me to get the paperwork sent over to Danielle I did just that. Danielle is a manager that I previously talked to regarding my severe medical condition. She was the one that recommended me to come on the practice side and that I could get assistance with my short-term disability paperwork needed for an extension. PA Tina Watkins filled out an extension until 4/15 knowing that my condition has not improved. She suggested I come off the study and start another treatment which included injections this time. I agreed to do whatever it takes to get better and get me back work. I'm currently undergoing a pre-authorization for this new treatment. But I don't want to be forced to return to work when I know I'm not physically able to do so. Her response was I can't extend any longer. She prejudged me and thought that I was out on short term disability for something else. She thought I was trying to group that into my newest medical condition. I had to explain to her that was not the case and that this was a different short term disability claim. I should not even have to explain that to her because it never even came up during our visit. So where she got that false prejudged information from I don't even know. She just kept saying over and over during our telephone conversation this past Friday that she cannot extend my leave and feels i could go back into work without no documented improvement. She's aware my condition has not improved she mentioned that she knows I'm in a lot of pain. The only thing she could do is apologize and start comparing me to other patients that are going through my same condition. She also mentioned that previous patients bit her in the butt in regards to forms she had to fill out for them. I felt like she just didn't care.
Katlynne P. 2 months agoHighly recommend this office as I drive 30+ min depending on traffic just for the staff at this location. I cannot thank Analise, her team, and Kyla enough for all their help over the last year. I've finally found solutions to the skin issues I've struggled with for years. They all made me feel genuinely cared for and truly invested in my results during treatment.
Kay A. 5 months agoI see Dr. Molly Smith for a yearly exam. She spotted a basal cell cancer that I had not noticed and she referred me for Mohs surgery. The surgery, also at Pariser, was very successful. She also treats my rosacea and other skin conditions of aging. She is very attentive to my concerns. The skin problems on my face are much improved and she has taught me how to manage most of this at home. I highly recommend Dr. Smith!
Emily Ballard 2 months agoI was charged in office, then received a bill for an additional $121 for an exam only, that took less than 5 minutes. The billing department would not assist, and I've emailed the office (as directed by billing) twice now asking for an explanation for why I was charged such a high level (moderate) exam, and there's been no response. No tests were performed, no previous records were reviewed with me and not all of my areas of concerns were even looked at. I took off work and it was complete waste of time and money. My skin issues were not properly addressed and they persist. I will never come back here and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Danthebuildinman 2 months agoCalled to schedule and was able to get in within a week. When I got there the staff was very knowledgeable, and courteous. Very short wait time and everything was moving along. From the time I arrived and was checked in, seen by a nurse, then the doctor, and the had two biopsies taken, the entire time there was less than an hour...PHENOMONAL
