I had an appt time of 10am and sat in the cubicle until 11am At no time did anyone inform me that he was running late. I had this happen 6 months earlier. After waiting 45 minutes I got up to leave and discovered the Dr. in the hallway having a joyful conversation with a patient and a staff member. I asked why I was sitting and waiting for him. His response was he got caught up in an accident scene. I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. After today, no. Highly unprofessional office. Find another determalogist.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I go here they make me wait over an hour and a half. They are always backed up. Then i find out most of their staff has left, they are only down to 1 person at the check-in counter and they are moving, probably because of the horrible service. On my most recent visit, I wait over 2 hours for a 10 minutes for skin cancer screening visit and the doctor didn't have me fully undress. He was rude, dismissive and was rushing me after i waited 2 hours for him! To top it off, he sprayed the side of my head with a cold spray used to remove skin tags and DID NOT even tell me or prepare me for it. As I stated in the beginning I am NEVER, EVER going back to this place. PLEASE find another Dermatologist!

Dr Gross was amazing! I was really nervous going into my appointment to have something removed. I had a ton of questions and him and the young lady that was helping We’re both very nice and helping me feel so comfortable. I ask ALOT of questions when I’m nervous… Neither of them seemed frustrated at all. I ended up calling about a week later because I was getting anxious about my results and Dr. Gross answered my call and assured me that everything was OK. I will definitely continue to come here! The two women that were up front the day of my appointment were also super nice!

I have been going to mid Atlantic for 10 years and highly recommend as a TRICARE beneficiary. Dr Gross and PAs were very knowledgeable about my condition and proposed an effective treatment plan. New Town Center office space is very nice too!

I mean, most of these reviews are true- they do need someone better for answering phones and getting back to people in here and it is busy. However, I love Dr.gross. He’s very friendly, kind, and informative. He’s also never had a problem removing any of my moles for me. I also will say, they had to cancel my appointment the other day due to snow but when I told them how rapidly my mole was growing and how uncomfortable I was.. they fit me in that week even being super busy. Most doctor’s offices and especially specialists have a long wait list.
