I saw Kim Silver, PA for my new patient appt to assess the lump along the medial border of my scapula. I was very pleased they were able to offer on the spot removal once it was determined it was a lipoma. The staff was very friendly and the Medical Assistant especially was superb. I think her name is Ikasia. She was very nice and personable with both myself and my teen daughter who accompanied me. She built up rapport and trust. She made sure to explain the process before doing anything and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing well. She did an excellent job making sure I was numb enough before and during the procedure. Both she and Ms. Silver did an excellent job removing it, stitching me back up, and provided good patient education and follow up care instructions. I will definitely remain a long time patient for any other dermatology needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

New patient appointment today for a recurrent bikini line cyst. Anna & Mia were both super nice and removed it for me. They're my new best friends and don't even know it. Didnt take long from call to get me scheduled, to get an appt .. I put it out a few weeks purposely to match my schedule but they had the exact day I wanted available. Gave them a rundown of what was going on, we went over options and got it taken right out. Hopefully I won't need them again for this issue but I'm definitely going back to get a skin (cancer) check ❤️

My doctor ,Dr McCarty, is fantastic and so are all of her nurses that I've seen. However, yesterday I went to my appointment only to find out that the doctor was not there that day due to personal reasons. I understand and told them I was OK with rescheduling, I just needed to make sure I got my refill. They could not tell me whether she would refill it and never called it in. So I called back the next day and had to leave a message. The woman who returned my call seemed angry I had asked her for something? But she did fill it. I have to wait another month now for an appointment, but was given several available times for that day. I called back the same day to change to a different time because I realized I forgot something. And the woman told me there were no appointments for 2 months. You would think that they would be more helpful or accommodating since THEY canceled on me, but that was not the case. So now I will have to hope they get me out in a reasonable time frame. Very inconvenient and unfair to the patient.

This review concerns Caroline Conkright and her nurse. Both are exceptional- friendly and professional. However, I will say that every single time I've been to this office both the front desk person and the person who checks you out have never been friendly at all. The atmosphere is very cool and definitely not inviting at all.

I had an awesome experience here! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!! My Doc was miss Kim 💗
