Dr. Rottluff is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly attentive. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel completely comfortable and confident with your care. Her medical assistant, Neha is equally fantastic. She is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit run smoothly from start to finish. The front desk staff is great too- warm, capable, and always gets me in and out quickly. The office is beautiful and has reserved, free parking in the garage. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Westlake for 5+ years and keep coming back because the providers, staff, environment, booking process (online), and punctuality are all top notch. Dr. Rottluff and her MA Neha make a great team. They are extremely knowledgeable of treatment options, address all of my questions and needs, and are genuinely kind and pleasant during every visit. They also have me in and out in record time so I can get back to work. I’ve recommended Westlake to friends and family throughout the years, so if you’re looking for a reliable and seamless Derm office, go ahead and book your appointment. You’ll be in good hands.

I’ve been going to Westlake Dermatology for several years because they truly have an exceptional medical team. Unlike other dermatologists I’ve seen in the past who often pushed expensive products, I appreciate that Westlake Dermatology focuses primarily on evidence-based, medically driven results. Thank you so much Dr. Fowler, Dr. Rottluff and medical assistant Neha for always taking such great care of me and addressing all my skincare needs. Their kindness and attentiveness has made a big difference in my experience and I’m truly thankful for the care they provide!!

I just had a bad experience at this place that really makes me question their professionalism. I booked an appointment for an evaluation over a month ago and clearly explained what I wanted; I was assigned a PA. Today, I arrived for my appointment, and the receptionist casually told me it had been cancelled. When I asked why, she said the assigned professional didn't perform the treatment I was looking for. Apparently, they had left a voicemail earlier today asking me to reschedule—even though I had already confirmed the appointment. They waited until the day of the visit to tell me I needed to book a new one, after I had been waiting for over a month. I feel this is disrespectful to the customer; they are wasting my time. It was highly unprofessional and casual. I hope this feedback helps them improve so it doesn't happen to anyone else, because I certainly won't be going back there.

Just had an appointment with Dr. Rottluff and she was so amazing! She took the time to list to all my concerns and was super knowledgeable. Her medical assistants Neha and Misha were also so wonderful! They are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable! Thank you to all these ladies for making my first visit here so great! Highly recommend!!!
