I was able to get an appointment the same day for my husband which was a great surprise and saved me from going to the ER. Dr. Martini and staff were very friendly and explained everything throughly and answered all our questions. I would recommend anyone who needs help with and skin problem call them. Thank you Dr. Martini and staff.

Super happy with my experience with Texas Skin and Vein. I had some sus spots on my face. The staff is professional, and efficient. I have been to a boat load of different Dr.’s offices over the years and I especially appreciate the calm, attentive energy of Dr. Straight and staff. Not in a rush, not multitasking documentation, took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend. Grateful for great medical care

I am writing on behalf of my wife who just had a really upsetting experience. She liked Dr. Martini and the people at Texas Skin & Vein very much. Just before an upcoming appointment we received an incredibly shocking and rude letter telling her she was no longer welcome in the practice! Never received such a letter before! Apparently my wife owes ... $20! And because she hadn't received any bills didn't know & hadn't paid in a few months & this was reason to throw her out??? She had a credit on her account last time she visited, had no idea she owed a penny, would gladly have paid. She was told 'we sent four bills' but neither of us received any until this horrible letter. My wife was in tears as it was so rude & we both decided we cannot ever go there again (even if she wasn't thrown out!) because of this disrespect. My wife liked Dr. Martini very much & all the staff at TSV but this isn't acceptable. When she called the young lady said sorry & that she'd make her manager aware. I hope she does, because this isn't good business practice, especially over $20! My wife had been less than 8 months earlier! She wasn't going to skip out on a bill so why throw her out of the practice? She was loyal & had left a 5 star review. Maybe this doesn't seem like a big deal but it is because it's rude & cruel. My wife's been upset at having to start over with another derm & I'm deeply unhappy at her being treated this way. Do better please. This isn't acceptable practice.

I am extremely grateful and impressed to know that Dr. Straight is now my wife’s doctor! After watching my wife suffer with swollen feet/ ankles, and seeing so many doctors in the past I had issues. No one could seem to help find a remedy to take this away. So we continued praying asking God to lead us! And He most certainly did! My wife’s appointment was a referral from Dr. Michael Maloy (another great doctor) to see Dr. Timothy Straight for feet and ankle swelling. He informed her that it was urgent that her current medication of Taltz be discontinued and she start using another medication that he prescribed. He also said to give it a few days and it she work. My wife waited and she was at a place where we had to buy little flat shoes for her to wear. None of her shoes fit. To make a long story short. After approximately 72 hours she woke up and the swelling was gone!!! I am so happy to see her not suffering for now. Maybe it isn’t completely over yet- but there is light at the end of this tunnel!! Thanks Dr. Straight (The Colonel)!
