Erica Ramos is great! Down to earth and easy to talk to. Her assistant Katie was super sweet and very helpful! I overheard the front staff helping out others work out issues with their insurance in a very kind manner. They’re all great people! I was in and out in under an hour! Excellent service!

I had such a wonderful experience at Sonterra Dermatology with Dr. Jorge Hinojosa. He was kind, attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and cared for. It means so much to be treated with patience, respect and genuine compassion. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and the friendly atmosphere from the entire staff. Dr. Ramos is an exceptional doctor who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I’ve been seeing her for a persistent skin condition, and what sets her apart is her unwavering, solution-oriented approach. She never gives up. If one treatment doesn’t produce the results we’re hoping for, she doesn’t just shrug her shoulders, she goes back to the drawing board, researches alternatives, and comes up with a new plan of action. Cannot express how amazing this office is. Dr. Erica Ramos is one of the most knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and kind physicians we have ever come across. Once we arrive at her office, we are in and out and she knows exactly what is needed to help
