I had an excellent experience at Ross Dermatology. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, well-organized, and efficient, with very little wait time. The providers took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment options, and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. Their expertise and professionalism gave me confidence that I was in great hands. I highly recommend Ross Dermatology to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and high-quality dermatologic care. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me!

I cannot say enough great things about this dermatology clinic! Every visit is such a positive experience from the moment I walk through the door. The entire staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. I always feel listened to, and every skin concern I’ve brought up has been thoroughly addressed with thoughtful care and attention. The providers take the time to answer questions, explain treatment options, and make sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a medical office that is both highly professional and so warm and inviting. I always leave feeling confident, cared for, and excited about my progress. I've called for the past couple of days. I can never get anyone on the line. All I get is a message stating someone will call me by the end of the business day. No one did. I set up an appointment online (which has to be confirmed by them). Waited. Nothing. Called after the appointment time and was transferred to a SEGUIN location -- another message stating no one was available. I just hung up. I cant give a good review when I can't even get in to see someone . NOTE. I AM calling the number listed on your website which shows the SAME number for SA, Lavernia and Seguin under contacts. When i called i told the person i was following up on calls and online appointment, she just put me on hold and then transferred me. Also,I was TRANSFERRED Seguin since the recordinf specifically said Seguin Ross Dermatology. And even if the call went to another office, what is the reason why no one called me back after I left messages for a return call?

I’ve been a patient at Ross Dermatology for the past 3 years and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. I’ve never had to deal with long waiting times, which makes appointments so much easier to fit into my schedule. The level of care and attention they provide keeps me coming back year after year. Great experience with my appointment with Dr.Ross never disappoints, AMAZING staff very polite and professional. The receptionist Sandra very helpful and greeting every appointment I have been too and check out with Alexia always very smooth willing to help. Ive been a patient of doctor ross for years no regrets I’ve always recommended her to family and friends no regrets.
