I had an excellent experience with Dr. Owens and her entire team. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. When I arrived, there was virtually no waiting time—I was seen almost immediately, which is rare and speaks volumes about how well the office is managed. Dr. Owens herself was outstanding. She was attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Her explanations were clear and reassuring, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant medical experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Dr. Owens to anyone looking for quality care and exceptional service.

The office is very efficient and I had no wait time. Gabriella Carrizales put me at ease and was sure the spot on my toe was not cancer. She is very friendly and cheerful. I’d definitely recommend her to others.

Dr Harris was amazing and answered all of our questions. Her assistant was also amazing, the procedure was done quickly and smooth. I would of rated it 5 stars but the Hispanic lady at the front desk was rude not very polite. She didn't welcome anyone entering the main lobby, didn't even smile. If she doesn't like her job go elsewhere I must say. That kinda atmosphere entering a very nice Dermatologist Office is not very professional. Then when it came to checking out noone ever mentioned it was a cashless facility, not even on the app or website that needs to be addressed for patient's knowledge. Yet again the same Hispanic lady was rude about that situation and would not schedule a follow-up appointment until the bill was paid in full. I had the money in cash and on hand but she would not accept it. Yes I left the office went to deposit the money on my card and paid my bill in full. Seems to me the front desk clerk needs to be removed from that position! That Dermatologist office will continue to loss patient's due to the experience they receive from just her attitude. I did schedule a follow-up but don't think we will return after that.

This was my first time ever visiting with a dermatologist and I’m so glad it was with Mrs. Gabriella Carrizales! She listened, checked my face carefully, and provided lots of good info on skincare. She prescribed a cream to treat my skin rash and by the end of the first application my face was mostly clear! HUGE relief and a big difference! I loved my experience and will go back with her if needed.

Dr. Harris and her assistant were great to me during my procedure. They were very kind and patient. They were willing to answer all my questions about my procedure. Very professional as well. I definitely recommend
