I’ve been going to Dr. Bucay for over 10 years even though I have to make a 3-hour trip from out-of-town - I absolutely love her and the staff! From the front desk to the technicians, everyone is so kind, helpful, and intentional. Dr. Bucay always takes the time necessary to talk through concerns and make sure that your needs are met. I could not recommend this center more!

I had such a great experience at Bucay Dermatology with Melissa. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I needed. She asked questions about my wants/needs and explained the different options in a way that was easy to understand. During my treatment , she was so attentive—always checking in and making sure I was comfortable. She also shared how other treatments may benefit my needs. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and caring she was. Melissa wasn’t just focused on the treatment itself, but on making sure I left feeling better and knowing how to take care of myself. I will definitely be back to see her for all my face care needs. She’s a gem!
