After not seeing a dermatologist for over a decade, I decided it was time for a thorough skin cancer screening and general skin check. I couldn’t have had a better experience at Warthan Dermatology Center. Dr. Amelia Hoelscher was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, while also making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The office itself is beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and pleasant. I’m so glad I chose Warthan Dermatology Center and would highly recommend Dr. Hoelscher to anyone looking for excellent dermatologic care. A truly great experience from start to finish!

I understand the gravity of a bad review so I don’t do them unless warranted. This was truly the worst office staff experience I’ve encountered. I talked to four different staff members and because they could not directly answer my questions they resorted to calling me rude and disrespectful - I guess standing your ground and asking for clarity is disrespectful. I don’t understand the lack of transparency but they could not handle it and finally hung up on me. They offered no way to resolve my issue and then had the audacity to send me a letter of termination. As if I’d go back to an office that is so highly unskilled in working with people. I can’t say much about the doctors themselves but I hope they see this and reach out or talk to their staff. Incredibly unprofessional.

Dr Hoelscher was phenomenal ‼️. No wait time, was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I could not have had a better experience!!! She was excellent - 5 stars all the way!

I waited over 2 hours and they took 2 pictures then I waited in the room with no one communicating with me. I have other injuries. A broken foot, left shoulder needing to be replaced & back injuries. Dr Warhan came in for 3 minutes total and told me she couldn’t help me that I needed a plastic surgeon. This was after I told the front desk I was in great pain & was leaving. Then they referred me to the wrong Dr. I was not happy with this provider & go to many providers that are excellent with excellent staff. Not here!! Improvements need to be made. I hope that this was just a bad day. The provider billed my insurance $460 this was on 2-24-2026. I nearly walked out.

Got there and check in was nice. Nice young lady called me back to my favorite room (3). Michael came in gave me a once over and recommended a couple of things and I was out. Great, great, great.
