The staff is very helpful. We called and they got my husband and I in the next day. As usual, the doctor was very thorough and efficient. He took the time to explain everything. We have been seeing him for years and our only concern is that he will retire some day.

1st time seeing Dr. Cothern, and I was made to fill very comfortable and when I saw the dr he was quick,answering any questions as he was telling me what he was doing as he was doing the treatments. I'd highly recommend Dr. Cothern and his office. Everyone was extremely nice,helpful and professional.

I keep returning to Dr. Cothern, because I trust him and his staff. Amanda is such an amazing asset to the practice and profession. She is passionate, informative, and above all else very thorough. He kindness and bedside manner are stellar. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I’m pretty shocked by the service I was just given. The lady at the desk was very nice though and professional. The doctor came in the room and literally within three minutes he was gone. He was trying to get out the door the moment he came in. He didn’t care to hear my issues I am paying them to help me deal with. I wasn’t even done with my questions and he was out the room. His assistant came back in the room and she was rude the entire experience and also made me feel like I was being rushed. Do you really need to make $200 in less than 10 minutes? This place is not for you if you’re trying to feel heard. You can try the lady that works there though, but I would not try the guy that works there and has supposedly more life experience on dermatology. Reminds me of those school teachers that gave up on life and just wanna get paid.

Dr Cothern and his assistant were great in treating me after 5 years last visit with many various health issues that i was anxious bout in one visit! Immediately diagnosed, started treatment, performed on office procedures -and tests on others, provided remedy on minor issues; very thorough and knowledgeable.
