With a full head of hair and no hair loss in the family, I was surprised to find a circular bald spot on my head and later a semi-circle one at the base of my hairline. I booked an appointment with Jayme Chapados, who quickly diagnosed the initial bald spot as stress-related Alopecia Areata. She's awesome! So friendly, engaging, and patient to explain. She gave me a series of shots and within 2-3 months my hair returned. Couldn't be more pleased with the services provided and the entire office. Great experience. Going back for some more facial work, hopefully!

I don't usually write negative reviews, but prospective patients for Trinity Vista Dermatology need to know about our brief experience with this office. During the summer, my wife contacted our health insurance company for a list of participating dermatology clinics. Trinity Vista was on the list of dermatology clinics that accepted our health insurance. About two months ago, she called to set up an appointment for our teenage daughter. She confirmed with someone on staff that Trinity Vista will accept our health insurance. She made sure that our specific type of health insurance was accepted. The office staff worker was very kind and reassured my wife that our daughter's appointment would be covered. Fast forward to today...the day before our daughter's initial appointment. We received a call informing us that Trinity Vista actually doesn't accept our health insurance. We were presented with two options: 1) Cancel the appointment or 2) Pay the $200 self-pay fee for an initial appointment with a Physician's Assistant. All subsequent visits would be $150. I spoke with a manager. I told her that since this was not our mistake, a reasonable solution would be to charge us $70, the amount of our specialist co-pay. She asked to speak with another manager about this solution and call me back. A few minutes later, I received a call to inform me that they would not reduce their self-pay fee and that I would either need to cancel the visit or pay the full $200. I canceled the visit. I'm disappointed this office would not acknowledge its mistake and try to make things right with a potential patient. Depending on our experience, I might have been willing to pay the $150 fee for subsequent visits. However, taking a cue from the way things were getting started with this office, probably not.

Dr. Readinger is the very best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She went the extra mile to see that all of my concerns were properly addressed. In addition, her staff is great. Highly recommend her!

Sunny is phenomenal! She educated me during my consult and went over in detail about what to expect for my cosmetic treatments. She is a wealth of knowledge! Can’t say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone is so nice. I’m so excited to be starting on my prevention journey.
