9/29/2025- I have known Nancy Smith for several years and she is always professional and good-humored. If US Dermatology could clone her, they should! :)

From the moment I walked on i felt welcomed. The receptionist was welcoming, was kind, and explained everything i needed to do before I called back. Once in the room I was taken care of by Nancy and she did an outstanding job and explaining my situation and taken good care of me. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will return again for any future needs.

I enjoyed my first visit. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, she gave me the tablet to fill out and it didn’t take long before I was called on back. The nurse was also friendly and did what she needed to do. Dr Smith then came in and talked me and took care of my situation and I was done. My exit process was also great!

Nice and helpful front desk staff, and beautiful, clean waiting rooms and exam rooms. The NP was very knowledgeable and started my daughter on a treatment plan, with follow up. Assistant who brought us to room and did preliminary questions was very thorough and friendly. Great experience!

While standing at the check-in desk, I was extremely disappointed with Nancy Smith, ANP negative remarks, as well as with the medical assistant as they entered another patient's room. Nancy Smith, ANP seemed impatient and uninterested during my visit. It was a very unpleasant experience because of the dismissive attitude, constant talking over me, and poor communication.
