Best Doctor Experience of my life!! Everyone was genuinely nice and listened to my concerns, they also removed my moles that had been bothering me for years in my first visit. I didnt have to schedule another appointment, they just took care of it and told me that my time is valuable too. I greatly appreciated the fact they put my time in consideration and took care of me. They explained everything really well, answered all my questions and overall the experience was phenomenal. There are some places you go that you can just tell people are just doing the job but here is not like that at all they genuinely love what they do and love to help people. I wish they could be my primary! But I will recommend them to everyone i know who needs a dermatologist

My first visit here was great. The clinic was so clean and presentable. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very friendly and polite as well. She was knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable. I was advised to come here by another doctor of mine, and I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone else who needs to see a dermatologist.

The whole experience was great. Front receptionist were friendly and helpful. Only had to wait 2-3 minutes to be taken back. I was speaking to the Doctor within 10 minutes. She explained what was going on and gave me several options. Check out was fast and I am already on the schedule to get surgery done.

I had such an excellent experience at this office! I’ve been to 3 dermatologists before, at which I’ve had to strongly advocate for myself and I felt so unimportant to them. Here at my first visit I felt so seen! I also greatly appreciate that they picked up the phone after the first ring every time I called, front desk staff was very friendly even when I let them know I’d be late for my new patient appointment. Once I got called back the assistant was extremely kind and friendly, and such a nice positive attitude! She made me feel so comfortable. Not only all that but when I met the doctor she was efficient while also hearing my concerns, and was knowledgeable about insurance and cost which I’ve found to be so rare in past experiences! I would absolutely (and already have) recommend this office to anyone!

This was my yearly check, the nurse Julie took me back and ask me about my medications, gave me a gown, instructed me to get ready for Dr Nguyen to do the skin check. Guess they were running a little behind Julie peeped in and ask if I needed a water or anything. In about 5 minutes Dr Nguyen came in as friendly as ever, she did a thorough skin check, thought I was good but she found a little spot to do a biopsy on. But I have been doing so good with my spots I don’t have to go again for another year! Check out was also very easy, everyone is so personable. The gentleman at check out desk ask how is David my husband. That made my day. Got my appointment for next year! I highly recommend Key Dermatology!
