I rarely give reviews, however I spoke with Martha at the Saginaw location in regards to my 1st TCA peel. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and get me scheduled. I really appreciate her for putting my mind at ease and giving exceptional customer service!

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are completely unprofessional. I arrived 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment which is fine. I was taken into the room 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. After being told to undress (room was very cold), no one ever came back, I waited over 25 minutes with zero communication or updates. Incredibly disrespectful and disorganized. Never again. Oh and the wifi is not working.

This location has efficiency nailed. The staff is always very easy to work with and pleasant. I trust Dr. Reagan, she is thorough and has great communication skills. Brian and Quan were professional and explained what they were doing throughout the procedure.

The staff and Dr Reagan are also professional and caring. I'm always seen on ad scheduled. I trust and love Dr Reagan and her staff.
