I had very trying ordeal but Dr. Blankenship and her team Natalie Ally and staff were very professional explaining the procedure and findings and a plan of action going forward. They made me comfortable and at ease by their personable skills. Thank You Epiphany team and God bless.

Everyone was just as nice as they could be. They were all professional. My Dr was very caring and I didn’t feel like just a number.

Lauren is amazing. We paid cash at time of service, but then we were billed by the insurance company as well for the office visit. The office visit is on our receipt as paid in full, and then again on our insurance. They told us it is our issue, but they'd told us that none of it was covered by insurance and they'd send us the bill for the biopsy of a tiny mole by my spouse's eye that he'd had since he was a child as "matter of medical necessity and due diligence". Mmmm.....no. So I guess they want me to report their double billing to BCBS? Seems like they wouldn't want that, but ok. I love double paying for office visits! Fun!

Dr. Hopkins and her team were very helpful and friendly. She took the time to thoroughly examine me and explained the best course of action for the concerns she found. Her team also followed up promptly with my test results.

The appointment was on time and NP Lauren Harr and her aide were professional yet friendly and explained each area she was going to check and why she was checking it. I felt like I was getting exceptional treatment.
