After being a client for five years, we were ten minutes late for an 08:15 appointment. Having called three times and no one would answer the phone, having driven all the way from Keller, we rushed in exactly ten minutes late to an EMPTY office only to be told we would need to reschedule. Receptionists were sitting around drinking coffee and yapping, but no one would answer our call. No one was sitting in the waiting room, but they were too busy. Regardless of how early we arrived in prior years, they would always keep us waiting endlessly. Forget this place. There are too many Nurse Practitioners elsewhere.

Talk about a top-notch operation—my gosh!! This was the first time I’ve ever been to Dermatology Specialists of Fort Worth, and I can tell you it’s impressive from the second you walk in. The building and office are new and bright, check-in was super fast, and when I was treated by Michele and her assistant Emily, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place if you need to see a dermatologist.

Waited a month for an appt. I show up inly for them to tell me they dont take my insurance. Like they couldnt check beforehand??? Other Offices do this. Not helpful and total waster of time.

Trying to get a hold of someone at this office is ridiculous. Called last Friday twice and all it did was ring for OVER 10 MINUTES both times with no answer. Called today at 11:50 am and of course they’re closed for lunch. Called again at 3:50 pm and wouldn’t you know they’re already closed for the day. Save your time and money and go elsewhere
