Ellen Jeffus 9 months agoI have been going to this office and have seen a couple of the docs as well as the PA, Rose, and all have been five stars. Diagnoses and treatment always on point and effective, and providers and their staff always kind. I saw Rose this week and she she is very business-like, which it seems from the other comments that some people have a hard time with, but I have seen her for myself and my husband has seen her as well and she is an excellent provider and really knows her stuff (would people be complaining about her bedside manner if she were a man? No.) All of the providers I have seen at this office do move quite quickly so that is something to be prepared for. It can feel stressful when they are telling you your treatment plan to follow if it’s multiple things, and they don’t typically give you anything written to take home so you have to just remember it. Just make sure you are prepared to write it down quickly if you need that, and they are very nice and will repeat it as needed. They always give you a sample or two if they’re able as well to hold you over until you have time to buy whatever they have recommended.
S Graves 2 months agoI scheduled Blue Light Therapy in December 2025 but needed to reschedule my appointment, so I contacted the office. After explaining my request, the representative responded with an unprofessional tone and stated she would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up, even after more than three months. During a subsequent annual skin cancer checkup, I noticed there was no staff present at the front desk when I arrived or when I left, suggesting a lack of basic front-office support. During my appointment, I raised the issue of rescheduling my Blue Light Therapy with Dr. Breck Thrash, MD. His response was dismissive—he laughed and commented that it “sounded like the call center,” then moved on without addressing my concern or offering assistance in resolving the issue. In April, I received a voicemail asking me to contact the office regarding my account. When I returned the call, I was informed that my balance was zero and that their automated system had been contacting patients indiscriminately, prompting unnecessary callbacks. Overall, this experience reflects poorly on the organization’s customer service and communication practices. It raises serious concerns about their attentiveness, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.
Erick Torres 2 months agoI took my son in for a rash he got on his face. She seemed pretty confident with the medication that was prescribed. Next day it started clearing up. Staff was very friendly with my kids as well didn’t rush me out the room I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone else.
Brittany Gates 4 months agoFormer patient of Dr. Rose Knight. I will not be returning to this office. I visited several times and, to my understanding, paid all balances in full at each visit. Months later, I received a credit notification for a $500 balance that this office sent to collections—without any prior notice to me. I spoke with Tanya in Billing on 1/8/2026, who confirmed this was a billing error and said a supervisor would call me back. That never happened, and the issue remains unresolved. It is unacceptable to negatively impact a patient’s credit due to internal billing errors. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
Tiffany Miller 5 months agoFeels a bit underwhelming. Doesn’t feel like a thorough inspection of skin and Dr. Knight seems nervous about certain areas. 6 minutes on an annual exam does signal efficiency, which I appreciate, but also seems like a missed opportunity for education and more thorough review. Office staff are friendly and space is clean, overall experience not bad but not great.
