Absolutely the best place in Dallas for dermatology care. The online appt portal was very user friendly and had an appt scheduled in 36 hours. Very friendly staff and parking was easy as well in the parking garage. Dr. Amanda Chaplain explained everything in detail as well. Great place.

Spent $3K+ on some facial treatments. Scheduled a recommended post procedure follow up. Spent 5 +/- minutes looking at some before and after photos and sent on my way. Sent a bill for nearly $500. Surprisingly, insurance paid some, but I was sent a bill for the balance. Called office and told them I was not going to pay for a follow up for completed and fully paid for service. Front desk staff could not care less. Effectively, pay up or we will send you to collections which they did. I will never return to this facility, and I have gone out of my way on numerous occasions to tell others not to go here. A complete money grab. Sucks, because the actual treatments agreed to and fully paid for were decent.

I went to three other specialists for incorrect disgnoses, biopsies, and scraping treatments that made things worse…all for something DrChamplain discovered immediately, provided amazing relationship focused care, and made me leave confident with the treatment. I’m already seeing results 8 hours later. Thank you Dr Champlain!

I had an excellent experience here! The staff, technology, and office comfort were a welcomed change from my prior provider. The dermatologist was clear, knowledgeable, and helpful and his calm demeanor put me at ease. For me it's a great fit.

Yes Ms.Ruth made me feel very welcome along with the rest of the staff there Dr Pruett was very awesome to say the least I will be going back in two weeks for a follow up. I had anxiety about going because of the nature of my procedure and they relieved that.
