Fantastic results! A few months back Dr. McDonough removed a very large lipoma (7-8cm) for me, in his office. I had looked for a proper dermatologist to do this procedure for many years. Dr. McDonough did a great job getting the growth out and the result is aesthetically correct as well. Nicely done.

Front office declined PMHX, provider did not review the paperwork and concerns we spent 30 mins completing. Disregarded PT’s concern over potential med interaction with ongoing medical diagnoses. Provider went DIRECTLY into medication management. Did not ask patient how they are using current meds to confirm understanding, did not question skin care routine etc. Straight to the most invasive medication. Gave a slip of paper with an email address rather than offer to request records within the healthcare system. Not impressed.

I love the Dr ! I called to make an appt - didn’t have my insurance in hand and also thought it might if not been active yet. Said I would come in as cash. I told them I would probably change. She said I couldn’t be changing from cash to insurance. I said yes I can . I’ve done it before. When I gave her pushback she said “you can’t be changing back and forth” . No one is going back and forth. Things happen! Day of my appointment I brought my insurance - (check in girl) “you were coming in as cash. Thought we went over blah blah “ —- She seemed bothered? I’m not sure why. Point is - How are you going to tell patients they can’t change from cash to insurance? That’s ridiculous. My insurance got verified , still got seen. I’m only here because I like Dr M - I would’ve been gone as patient.

Did the minimal job. Rushed through. Extremely unprofessional in every way. Disregarded my opinion, almost argued it, made jokes of his recommendation for me. So glad I don't have to go back!!! Definitely the worst doctor visit I have ever had.

I will start by saying this location was very kind and efficient thank you Dr, front office staff and medical staff! I have eczema and a few weeks ago it got so severe where it looks like psoriasis and I was scared crazy since it never happened to me to this extent. When I arrived The front office checked me in ~ she was so welcoming, then the assistant of the doctor took me to the back and confirmed I was comfortable showing my areas of irritation which comforted me so much and made me less nervous. The Dr not only introduced him self but was very polite and informative with all my questions he did not make me feel silly or by any means rush our appointment he made sure I left with a good understanding to the point that when I accidentally asked the same question he still answered it very nicely! He is very kind and efficient and the office is very quick in returning calls when I had questions regarding my medication. Thank you Dr and staff you guys are amazing!
