I’ve been coming here for some time now and have consistently had great experiences. My provider really listens to my concerns and takes the time to understand what I need. I’m also starting to see real progress with my skin, which makes me feel even more confident in her care. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit with Lissette. She was so friendly & nice. She looked me over real good for any potential cancerous growths. Found 2…freezed them and said everything else looked good. I will go back in 6 months and know I will get the “red carpet” treatment. Ladies if you are looking for a good dermatologist this is the place to go!

Previously had a 5 star review for this location but they have switched communications over to an offsite call center. What this means is that there is absolutely ZERO way for you to get in contact with anyone from the office. I have had a referral approved since January that apparently had the wrong CPT code, I’ve been in contact via phone call and through their messaging service and have been told that I need to be the one to fax my insurance and my doctors office to get this fixed. At what point has it become the patients job to become the middle man and communicate between offices? I’ve explained countless times that it’s as simple as this office faxing my primary care doctor and getting the code fixed so I can see my dermatologist. Every single time I call, I’m told that the office will get in contact with me since they no longer have a direct phone number for patients to call. Every single time I’m lied to and have to spend another 15-20 minutes on the phone for the cycle to repeat. It’s completely ridiculous that they claim they care and prioritize patients and then set up this absurd system.

Not happy to have scheduled an appointment 6 months ago, to arrive and find the dr office closed in the morning for a 7:45am. Call center service is not in office and doesn’t have knowledge of office staff and hours. Frustrating to be informed of delay that could have been a phone call from the front office directly to patients for change of schedule. Overall office receptionist was very kind and helpful, doctors knowledgeable, and scheduling was easy. Not sure I will return or recommend this Dermatologist company to anyone until they fix their call center service and get back to patients directly by the office they attend.

Fast and friendly the staff here is very thorough and knowledgeable. They really want to see people get better quickly
