This was my first visit to Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Care. They sent me the new patient forms to fill out using a link. I had a difficult time with the forms, but did the best I could. When I arrived at the office I told the young lady at the front desk that I had issues with the online forms. She was very friendly and told me everything was there. She said if I wanted to double check she would give me a hand held device and I could check it. I used the hand held device and only made a couple of changes and added a few items. When I returned the hand held device to her, she was professional. She was also very patient with me. I saw Jennifer. When she came into the exam room she was full of energy, professional and super friendly. She verified the reason I was there. She said I noticed you had a family member who had Melanoma. I said yes that is correct. I told her there was a lot of history of cancer in my family and all different types of cancer. She explained everything she was going to do. She gave me a full body skin check. She called everything she saw by the correct medical term and told me if it was cancer or not. She also told me the likelihood of anything she saw becoming cancerous. She did not see anything that could possibly become cancerous in the future, at this time. She said due to the family history of Melanoma, that I should have a full body skin check every six months. Jennifer was very thorough. I felt comfortable with her and will definitely be going back to see her. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Care.

First time at this dermatologist highly recommend if you have severe acne or any skin-related issues. The process and sign up was simple; they will quickly assist you with anything you need! They will also give you a follow up appointment to check on how you’re doing with your medications if needed!

The whole team is so friendly. The provider is so knowledgeable and so patient. She explained the case in a simple way and what we need to do. It was a great experience!

Horrible! Dr Jennifer Chang, was more concerned about insurance than dealing with me! She was quick to give me a diagnosis, that I already knew, then proceeded to follow up on previous visits and then dismiss my reason for the visit, saying that she's already discussed 3 issues with me and that she would have to check with insurance before being able to do a minor procedure that she claims I would have to pay out of pocket! Then when I contacted my insurance, they were quick to try and schedule me in. I have never had a Dr be so dismissive. Really disappointed with this place! I will be sure to NOT refer and will seek future treatment elsewhere. Waste of $20 copay to be told, what Google could have told me. HORRIBLE
