My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Reichenberg for over 15 years. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and just a super nice human. Rare qualities in medicine, at least to me, these day. His office is easy to work with and while he is sometimes hard to see on short notice, his colleagues provide great coverage. Wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else.

Disappointing at best, very poorly managed. Here are my irritations: 1) google will take you to wrong place. 2) there’s no signage directing where to park thus making all if not most of their appointments run late. Apparently this is an ongoing issue for them. 3) They have you fill out a patient in-take prior to your appointment but the tech didn’t bother to read it so you explain it all again. 4) Then when you do, tech says you can only choose one topic to discuss with the doctor at this appointment. If I want to discuss more than one, I would need to schedule another appointment. 5) I shared I wanted to discuss skin and hair. Tech said that was two topics and I could only choose one for this appointment 6). I told her that was not made known prior and that it took nearly two months to get this appointment. She took that comment as being argumentative… gave me a nasty side eye, left and quickly came back with the doctor. I don’t know what was shared but he was clearly in a rush. I was given no gown to change in to and he wanted to do the exam immediately. Instead of stripping down in front of him I chose to roll up my jeans, yes roll up my jeans up past mid thigh and having to lift my bra. I don’t mean to imply any impropriety took place, I didn’t get that vibe. I think a big part of their issue is their patients are running late, due to bad directions and no signage which is 1/3 the problem. Poor communication about what to expect at the appointment when the appointments are made and then allocating enough time for the appointment. And lastly, young techs who are not adequately trained to work in a professional environment.

Superb dermatologist. Dr. Reichenberg and his staff provide exceptional care. Skin cancer runs in my family. He's kept me cancer free. He and his team are the best!! I am always welcomed with a smile and great customer care when I check in at the front desk or check out. His medical team is top-notch!!!
