I always have such a great experience at Skin Solutions. The staff is welcoming, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Dr. Shannon Hendricks is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to my skincare concerns. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure I feel confident in my treatment plan. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and luxurious. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so kind and knowledgable! I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had some issues with my insurance, and Braylee was SO patient and helpful, going above and beyond to help me get things taken care of. Ethan was incredibly helpful and detail-oriented to make sure nothing was missed. Dr. Shannon diagnosed me so quickly and got things taken care of. She eased any anxiety I might have felt with her calm, caring demeanor. The whole team is fantastic!

I truly appreciate all from the reception to the exam, and treatment for my issues! Since, I've had reoccurring issues for a few years now, I have had several visits! And, with each, a more in-depth evaluation, for better progress! I'm still being seen and am thankful for all the friendly, and compassionate professionals there!

I had a great experience at this Skin Solutions center! From check-in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It had been a while since I had a full body check, and I was nervous about having one done. My provider, Clara Easterlin, was very pleasant and thorough- she did not make me feel less than for any of my concerns or for asking a ton of questions. She explained everything that she saw, in terms that I could understand. I cannot recommend Clara Easterlin enough- make your skin check appointments with her- you will gain a lot of great information and will not leave confused or disappointed.

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Clara really takes her time, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. I was extremely happy with my results and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this location and especially Clara!
