I had a truly wonderful experience with Pinnacle Dermatology from the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted by the most welcoming receptionist and got the pleasure of waiting in their lovely waiting room for only a few minutes before I was called to my appointment. Kendel White, the Esthetician who took care of me was rock star amazing!!! So kind and professional. Kendel made sure I knew all the details involved with my laser procedure and unlike other dermatology offices I’ve been to that added hidden costs through my insurance company on the back end, she advised me of the cost up front which was extremely affordable. The laser process itself was so seamless. She was gentle and thoughtful making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort though-out the procedure. I highly recommend Pinnacle and will never go anywhere else for my dermatology needs!

Awesome! My first visit I came 20 minutes early which was just enough time to fill out paperwork. And then the front desk was so sweet and concise with directions. I waited 10 minutes and was called up. Everyone I spoke to was super sweet and asked yes or no questions so it was super easy to get to my point. I have acne and I’m excited to see how this improves with their help! They’re all super professional

I had a mixed experience at Pinnacle Dermatology. The office was efficient, and the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. However, my appointment with the nurse practitioner felt like a box to be checked. I wasn’t asked questions or given time to discuss a minor skin concern before a diagnosis and prescription were offered. The practitioner did not even examen the area. When I tried to share more context about my skin and why I didn’t feel the medication was the best fit for me, my concerns were quickly dismissed and I was told I should “just try it”. Attempts to make the visit more of a discussion didn’t seem welcomed, and I genuinely felt as though my experience with my own body was dismissed. I know many people prefer different types of care so I’m sharing this in hopes it’s helpful for others who may be looking for a more collaborative and slower-paced approach.

I saw Margaret, and she was fantastic. I had to have a spot treated, and she made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. They also informed me of what to look out for when checking myself which was super helpful!

My experience at Pinnacle Dermatology was outstanding! The wait time was short, the nurse was personable and professional. The doctor explained what she was going to do and was also very professional.
