Had my first appointment with Dr. Keyes today. I’m not one who goes to the doctor regularly but my experience today was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Keyes assistant. She listened and answered every question I had. I feel this place went above and beyond the normal office visit. I had went to a doctor at Vanderbilt before and I couldn’t get a return call or message from anyone. This completely turned me away from ever going to Vanderbilt for anything. Dr. Keyes was very thorough and checked me from head to toe (unlike my experience at Vanderbilt). She took the time to listen and provided good feedback. This is how every doctors office should be. Thank you all for a great experience!

I cant not say enough good things about Dr. Keyes and her staff. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I live in Huntsville and travel to Nashville to get my care. It's just so different than other practices. She's patient, she listens, and she doesn't seem rushed or make you feel rushed.

Absolutely HORRID billing department. Totally incapable of client communication even with multiple emails and replies from both Sherry and Ally. Not to mention the doctor did a procedure to a mole on my back that 3 other dermatologists treated very cautiously and she said she would inject with cortisone (the others did this very sparingly) and not only did it not work but I have a noticeable indentation in my back - EXACTLY what THREE other dermatologists said would happen, but she disagreed and I trusted her. I was going to let it go but after dealing with the totally incapable front desk I thought I should speak the truth about the entire practice. Avoid this office.

I would just like to say the doctor (Dr. Keyes) that runs this office is fantastic. I work in the service industry and I can certainly tell that she's about taking care of people and treating people the right way. I was just in there (2nd visit, about 15 months removed from the 1st) for a couple of minor things and was treated like friends and family. I really appreciate it! Thank you Dr Keyes!! I appreciate you!
