Dr Waks is the best, I also saw Dr Riviera, who is very thoughtful and gentle. Both are very practical and worked with precision and care. Each time the front desk has been staffed by the most kind and efficient workers. The space is modern and wheelchair accessible, although no automatic door opener, the front desk sees you and there's no steps or ramps. Good parking and bus access, also not far from the El Aka MFL aka L.

I recently had an amazing experience at this dermatologist’s office with Dr. Julia. From the moment I checked in, everything was fantastic. The sweet lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the process start off on a high note. The entire visit was fast, efficient, and seamless. I was truly impressed by how much we were able to accomplish in such a short time. I am 100% looking forward to coming back for future visits!

I visited a year ago and had a much better experience than I did more recently. I arrived at 8:55 for a 9 am appointment and while I was taken back around 9:10, I was not seen until about 9:50. I also specifically booked with a woman doctor and was seen by a man for a skin check. I was not asked or informed of this change. I did not schedule a follow up and then just got a notification I was schedule automatically for this time next year with the provider I saw today, who I would not want to see again (only due to the fact I am more comfortable with women providers, the doctor I saw was totally fine). I don’t know that I’ll be back.

The atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly. Wendy was informative and very professional. I left with product notes and tips to improve my skin. Downside is the parking is limited in the area

Today was my first visit at The Dermatology specialist and it won’t be my last. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Dajah was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made sure she addressed all my concerns. Created a specific plan for me and I’m excited to get started!
